Member Privilege
An overdraft service offered to qualifying members who maintain a checking account in good standing. A standard fee of $25 is charged each time Member Privilege limits are used.
Member Privilege is currently accessed through teller transactions, for clearing checks, ACH, ATM and debit transactions. As of July 1, 2010 ATM and debit transactions will no longer access Member Privilege limits. To continue to use your Member Privilege limit at ATMs or local retialers, please visit one of our branches to submit a written request.

1. Members have 30 days to repay any overdraft
2. Freedom CU will not pay an overdraft for any account not in good standing
3. Freedom CU will pay an overdraft on any request from: Teller station, written check,
debit card, ATM withdrawal ACH-auto debit, CU@Home or the Memberline
4. The fee for an overdraft is $25
