As the recommended quarantine is extended to continue to try and flatten the COVID-19 curve, we are making some temporary changes to our drive-up and member contact center hours.
Beginning on Monday, April 6, the hours will be as follows:
Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Thursday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 am–12:00 PM
*Easthampton branch closed Monday–Wednesday
We are committed to serving our members during this challenging time, but we also want to give our employees a brief respite. For that reason, all our drive-up windows and the member contact center will be closed on Saturday, April 11, reopening on Monday, April 13.
We encourage you to take advantage of our comprehensive mobile and online banking and loan services, including remote check deposit, online bill pay and direct deposit. You can easily enroll online. You can also access thousands of surcharge-free ATMs through the AllPoint® and SUM® networks.
